(Im top 1% nationally and I still dont qualify for their list as Im right around the #100 solo agent in my state,  about 50 solo agents in my state get that high) (Sidenote mostly for Jay: I should just take on a couple of mid tier agents to make the team list)If you drive around and start seeing the same name on all the signs...thats a pretty good indication.

It was basically all sub too..But the up shot is when I would sit with someone at their dining room table  or if it was a hoarder house on the front porch.. ( when the couch is on the front porch thats a strong indicator that the interior maybe a little stinky :) )But many times they would lament that they simply did not understand how they could be in the position they were in.. they had good jobs etc..

I get that you have to start somewhere and that everyone was new once but wondering if a property has debt and asking how long you can have to pay that debt off is indicative of someone that hasn't done enough research yet.That listing you have implies there is a debt on it.
