Sometimes they will talk directly to the owners but other times if you just contact their real estate department directly they will give you information to their tenant broker to follow up.National companies get submitted a lot what they deem to be subpar sites.

This happened a while ago but I wanted to let people know how this turned out...My title company ended up handling most of it for me for a small fee.

My husband and I found that checking outside our usual circle of family bankers and big name mortgage companies ended up saving a lot of money on fees and rates.

Is there a good company that would allow the tenants to pay with card (maybe AS WELL AS with routing and account number depending on the tenant)??

My first thought was that I should approach property management companies to simply volunteer my time to do whatever tasks they may need done, and that via osmosis I will learn a lot.

But I imagine any decent size metro will have a management company who could do it around 10-12% all-in management cost. 

I have hired a 3rd party PM company and plan to reclaim the on-site PM's unit and office as two units for lease.

I have no idea about any type of property management company in the area.
