Up to the individual investor to see if you bring them any value daisy chaining loans as we know this just adds to the loans fees  you know more mouths to feed as it were :)

Taxes are starting to go up though.Someone on the real estate rookie podcast a while back said something like they look for a Chick-Fil-A, a Starbucks, and a Walmart because those chains tend to open in places with high growth potential.

Also, some SDIRA companies require the drawn up assignment that's going to be recorded once you purchase the note, just to make sure it's titled correctly.They're doing this for both their protection and your protection as their client.I'm not sure why sellers would have an issue giving you a copy of an assignment chain or drawn up assignment.
