If you fill out your key word alert (right below notifications) and put your town, types of property you're interested in etc., you will get alerts when those subjects are posted on forum.

Well, before I ever even moved in I got called out of town for my job.

I will check out Tacoma though as well, I'm a fish out of water in that town.

The fly by night "cash handyman" doesnt help any either because the licensed guys pay more insurance because of them and towns require probably twice as many permits for just general things they never did before.
