NJ is very hit or miss with towns, the state a whole gets pad reputation.

I’ll be in town from June 28th to July 4th and I’m looking to connect with local professionals who understand the BRRRR strategy, Section 8 requirements, and have deep knowledge of the best (and worst) zip codes and neighborhoods to target.

As long as it is a legit pest control company that is licensed and insured, give them access.

There are many college towns (and colleges/universities themselves) that take a very hands off approach when it comes to student housing and others that have ridiculous amounts of red tape and bureaucratic requirements. 

Has anyone else in Suffolk County had a much different experience with the Town of Brookhaven rental permit inspection than in the past? 

Germain and Eagle River are all great “home base” towns that meet your criteria.Historically there’s been some winter demand during snowmobile season, with an extensive trail system that traverses frozen lakes.

A standard NC lease does outline who is responsible for pest control services, so check your lease for the specific language.

I love the term price improvement  :)  rural W Wa I suspect is buyers market but in some of those town the lack of inventory keeps things moving.
