Look for meetups in your area (virtual) on Meetup.com or FB Groups, attend free webinars, start reading as much as possible on any and all topics related to investing and real estate.

I have a real estate podcast show and as well host a monthly investor meet up (this month is virtual due to covid uptick).

I have a unit where all the floors are tile, and the subfloor is concrete slab--even if a pet had an accident, it would be easy to clean up, and it's virtually impossible to damage the tile floors.

They will have virtual attendees as well as live attendees.  

For all experienced investors/ wholesalers who may read this, I'm wondering how do you network with cash buyers while in a virtual market?

Over the last year I was able to attend 2 of Sumrok's virtual events which I did learn quite a bit from but those too were big on trying to get attendees to invest in their programs, either as an LP or GP.
