I live in Atlanta, and have used a large firm in Utah for the last several years for our taxes, but that firms turned into a bit of a tax mill now, and the customer service is no longer there.I reached out to a few CPA's on BP, but haven't had any success there either.

The truth is that house flipping is great because one can do it in such a way as to not have to interface directly with "customers" or "the public", at least not very much - especially if one buys MLS-listed REOs.

i use a tool that not everyone has. it's called "common sense". it's custom made years ago.i require a lot of stuff and look at it all. i ask questions and listen. and i listen. and i observe their body language, their interactions, their kids, etc, etc. i look at income, i look at bills, i look at bank accounts.that's it, really..
