Is it self-managing your own portfolio of cash flowing single family homes making $80,000 a year in rental income?

Looking to build 4-5 single family homes.

We are in Mount Dora (just north of you) and have done a good amount of flips and currently have a handful of single family rentals.

I would like to find 1-4 multifamily or single family REO, short sale, etc. with the intent of owner occupied.
