Hi @Christopher Brown, There are really two issues here.  

KCMO north of the river or KCK further west to the nascar track,  you find all amenities.Johnson County Kansas you find the most amenities, Lees Summit, Blue Springs, as wellto a lesser degree Gladstone, Independence, Grandview, then north KC, raytown, parts of independence,
