I feel like there will be lots of people that are ready to get our of their home offices!

I recommend people doing a side gig on what they specialize in.I am an accountant and when I worked within large public accounting firms, I had a side gig of bieng an accountant.I had a salary with my employer so regardless of how much more hours I put with them, i would be paid the same. 

I have tons of connections with people who do marketing all over the city I live in.

It gave me a passion for helping steer people in the right direction with insurance. 

I have asked where else are people finding deals like this and unfortunately I dint have any answers yet.. we shall see.

A lot more people willing to travel to wisp than Snowshoe from the D.C. area and there is a summer season of activities around the lake as well.

you can ask people on the ground there for referrals and then meet those referrals.buying a property is a big deal. 

Even the bigger people on here couldn't swing that or would have to Syndicate out which is another animal.
