And I cannot believe that companies like Caterpillar haven't seen an impending slowdown in sales in China, nor Boeing, etc, and don't have a plan in place.

BP makes it difficult to quote and reply (like you, my preferred method), so my apologies if this is hard to follow.My point is that a motivated seller either cannot (most likely) or does not want to sell their property through traditional means.
