I am kind of confused.

We have a couple of investors who stay confused by our Property Management policies, when we pay, what we charge and do not even know how to use their PM software because they have 10 different PM's using multiple different PM software programs.

I'm a little confused about How/Why the seller could avoid telling me about the repairs needed but instead tell the agent more detailed information.  

A lot of underwriters don't understand the W2 and K1 and why you have both so just make sure you know how to explain it or the lender knows how to explain it to the underwriter because confusion usually leads to worst case results when underwriting (most conservative).

Don't let them get too deep and stumble and over think to the point where you're confused and understand less than before because now you have more questions.
