When I say 2-3-6-8 rentals, that depends on if you want to pay for them in cash, use DSCR loans, or leverage more with investor loans if you want.I think initially if you want to flip homes, buying smaller, easier, cheaper flips in lower price ranges will reduce your risk significantly.As for funding the reno, do you have other investments you can draw on, like borrow from 401k, margin investment loans, borrow from life insurance, personal loans?
