Does his company have lots of hits when googling them?

I help run a property management company in the Inland Empire and I've seen a lot of growth in that area.

Would like to ask you all for management companies referral s for Milwaukee area..If you've had a negative experience with a company please also share , so that  we do not fall prey to such companies. 

I mean there are still sellers out there that wont use a realtor or any other advisor and don't know what to ask for in a buyer. and that allows the buyer with no real financial backing to get into contract.. it happens.. just like bird dog or wholesalers for the houses there are those that try to pimp development land.. most of the times they cant get into contract because they don't have the ability to transact.. but occasionally they do.. the one I am closing on in Oregon in December came from such a person and I paid him 125k in cash for the assignment.. but he worked for a large land development company as a employee for years.. so he knew the game he new the process.. and he got this seller under contract..

I currently have a day job and am interested in having a management company help me with this property since I'm new to being a landlord. 

A title company, or maybe an attorney (depending on your local rules) will be used for the closing of the sale.

My business partner and I ended up forming another company and bringing in two additional partners that were already doing flips in the area to help increase our capital and our ability to do more deals. 

It just P****D me off and poof, big company changed their ways. 

This was the previous management company that stated this in there lease agreement.My question is can I still charge her since she is the one living there?

I've gotten a  few phone calls where I tell the seller I'm an investor and then they automatically tell me their not interested.
