Except for medical office etc. most states I have seen contractions from businesses reducing footprint space which even with no new builds creates a glut of existing inventory on the market.

I saved the seller from a foreclosure who was starting to have medical problems with her pregnancy due to the stress.

If you stay close to Broadway and the medical center you will find some nice places that seem like they are gentrifying.  

We have: the NSA cyber command that is transferring to Fort Gordon, GRU is expanding, the medical community is booming, Starbucks is opening up a new factory here.

The UT Medical Research Facility is suppose to open in the next year and that will bring a ton of nice paying jobs as well.

I mean I could see if it was for medical purposes and you had proper documentation from a doctor.

I think Waterville is a stronger area than Augusta (college, medical providers).
