Depends, no not the underware, on the project.Let's say you do some light landscaping, replace pedestal sinks, paint, polsih, and have new carpet installed, a newbie might swing that.Next project,gut the cabinets and sheetrock in the kitchen, replace the shower/tub, match a toilet and sink, change interior doors and hardware, open the back kitchen wall for a patio door and build a deck.

The most recent house we offered needs a complete remodel inside, but the structure is sound.For example, we need new kitchen cabinets, sinks, paint, flooring, and drywall in certain areas of the house that have been damaged, as well as new light fixtures and interior and exterior paint.

More than four months rent were lost between missed rent payments and legal fees to evict the tenant.The next tenant was much better, but had frequent complaints regarding legitimate problems: -bathroom sink hot water knob that didn't work-rat urine smell coming from the vents-water leakage from the toilet(I understand that problems occur, particularly with properties of this age, but it was surprising/disappointing considering I paid Ohio Cashflow $64.9k for a property they bought for almost half the price, then, even after having done improvements, still required frequent repairs.)3.

In texas its common for it to be 100 dollars.. but if you think a leaky sink and some other issues are major problems you may want to see if landlording is for you.tenants ( and how did you get to talk to them if your not in contract) will always say these things to the new buyer.you need to have a little bit of an open mind when doing these deals.
