Therefore, they may not be too concerned when they come across certain use restrictions which would restrict anyone from ever operating a grocery store or fitness center on the property.

I just found a new scratch and dent store near me and am about to pick up a new SS fridge, dishwasher, stove, and microwave for around 2500 tops.

Full of ambition & broke as hell, a RE investment book caught my eye at a used book store.

The tenant did NOT indicate these “toys” on his rental app, and the lease states “tenant agrees  not to store and/or park any trailer, camper, boat, or any similar recreational vehicle on the Premises or on (Street).  

I really want to get started on this; however, my funds are fairly low due to being in college and only being able to work about 2 days a week during the semester at a grocery store.

Do y’all recommend I store my down payment for a rental in a bank or in a brokerage account where I can take a loan against my assets?

They may be working on getting some sort of liquor license in the area so that they can distribute alcohol before they start designing the store and stocking merchandise.

Check with some furniture stores.
