Selling land is often viewed as a purely financial decision, whereas selling a house can bring up memories, family ties, and other emotional barriers.In my experience, land deals tend to move faster because of this.

Hello,I own 2 rentals and was wondering where to add my mileage expenses for deductions?

My current house does not have a garage and he mentioned he would be willing to pay 1000 dollars a month instead of the 600 he’s paying now if my house had a garage which I agree with him because I’d rather live in a place with a garage myself.
