I am amazed at the amount of knowledge that is available on this site.

It's amazing how many tenants go the rent-to-own route & the RTO companies call me for a reference.Often if we do a flip or sell we will move our own aging appliances to the flip & the wife gets to pick new ones.

Zillow is an AMAZING asset.

I understand getting busy and moving away from BP a little bit but its such a great resource that even 15-30 minutes per day can yield amazing information.

This is an amazing place to learn and you will find great resources.

The areas you know of will never cease to amaze me.

Just as you communicate here in the forums, you can connect with someone in their local area for a meal (have to eat any way) and get: #1 an amazing meal in a restaurant you would not have been able to find on your own :)#2 the chance to talk with someone or some people about a variety of topics, not just Real Estate.#3 continue the conversation well after you've departed because there are so many things that come up and you can't really explore each one in depth.The benefits go on and on!

You should be able to find a mentor, education, amazing contacts for your power team, and in general being surrounded by a ton of motivated and like minded people!
