I've stumbled upon a few service companies in my area that only service about a 15 mile radius.

The 1100 sq ft unit is by far the cheapest as most others in the building are $1.5-30m.So my question is down the road, would the spectacular view apartment being enormous at 2000 sq feet with killer views but at $450/sq ft be the better buy even though its in a worse area vs a condo thats half the size with no view in the best area?

Quick closings, good customer service, low fees, interest only payments and desktop appraisals in many cases.

If the properties arer less than 5 units, they will comp other properties that are similar in size, bed/baths, and condition. 

You'll be able to tell pretty quickly what level of service they provide fairly quickly.

Some of the more high volume investors will have at least one part time person helping them out like a book keeper, maintenance call service or someone to help with scanning/sorting documents.

Depends on the insulation, size of the house, how you set the thermostat.
