So I will share an example in our space as well about people complaining they canot find a deal - and the issue is people can find deals but people cannot find a grand slam and they see people making tons of money (on social media...) but they never pull the trigger. so lets say you find a property in a great neighborhood that is well desired and get it for 5%-10% under market value.

So at this point the seller's contractor (who has been providing me with routine updates) has repaired / replaced what was found in the areas that the pest company identified active termites. 

If you've already paid her, ask politely, but be prepared that you might not get them back.To avoid this in the future, keep your linens at the property in a locked closet or storage so cleaners don’t take them off-site.

I also noticed the grass had grown over the sidewalks so you could not see them, and in some areas was creeping got on to the roads the same way . 

Also, having so many people in each property creates overcrowding situations and parking among other things causing neighbors to file complaints.
