Airlines received $25 billion in government assistance from the CARES Act.

They are defrauding the federal government.

I would love nothing better than government to actually work for the people, do smart things, not destroy economies (as I sit here in MN, land of the lockdown and winter outdoor dining....).

At that point I realized my mistake was working for someone else, so a coworker and I found some government funded competitions that had the promise of leading to full time employment and big contracts.

It's going to really tricky to work with seller agents to choose the right buyers and tell sellers not to get greedy I am really being optimistic and also with new government, interest won't go anywhere which is going to put more buyers on the road for new homes.

if a government program is paying for her care they may have an interest in the house already. 

I have just listed a house that I have owned since 2011. Value is about twice what I got into it including 2 rehab new appliances and 3 year old a/c unit. The area is c area headed south. I am eyeing a steady c+ area ...

So that leaves 2 individuals who didn't pay and are involved in some government assistance (not section 8) and are very behind.  

Changes to the tax code are inevitable because our government can't keep increasing the national debt indefinitely.
