Unfortunately this has been a very difficult process living out of state.I am looking for recommendations for either one of the two options:- A reliable property management company to take over.- A companies that only help out with showings during vacancies and I will handle the other day to day operations after a lease is signed.

The mortgage company says 6 months before a cash out refinance, some people say 3 months is possible, and based on a Podcast I listened to this morning it was possible right away before the renovations even started.Thanks in advance!
