I like the idea of basing my offer relative the worst case scenario, might not close as many as if I were to go higher, but as a beginner I probably need to keep in mind “the fewer I close, probably the more profitable each individual one will be” (the lower my offers are, the lower my close ratio will be).And probably a better place to start, than as if I knew what I was doing. :)Thank you both for your wisdom.Cameron

As for 1.5 years vs 2 years of employment you can either have a family member or someone co-sign, as it sounds like you're very responsible and you may have friends or family willing to vouch for you.

Be advised that establishing an institutional account for your LLC can take considerably longer than an individual account - Coinbase is running about 4-6 weeks for onboarding institutional accounts currently, as an example.The LLC may choose exchange provided storage, 3rd party cloud/desktop wallets, or hardware wallets.

@Edward Burke What you are looking for is an Insurance Policy that replaces the Coinsurance clause with the Agreed Value clause.This policy gives you the ability to insure a building for less than the Replacement Cost, without being penalized for not insuring 100% of the Replacement Cost.Most companies do not offer this coverage, which is why your not getting great responses to your request.Also, if your calling the companies you list above, they are not players in the commercial Insurance space, and the agents don't have the ability to craft a policy to your needs.There are several insurance carriers that can do this.
