Not really a "long investment" type of guy... more of a 4 hour work week/ buy your own island type of person... :)

I saw a show on discovery about building these palm shaped islands with million dollar homes.

The migration to rural/resort real estate now well established in the United States has already extended everywhere on the face of the globe; which is why offshore resort properties, island properties, ranch properties, and their like are now being sought.

Closing it down did wonders for the environment and the local citizens of Staten Island (one of the boroughs of NYC).

I didn’t mean like set up a system and head to an island and forget about the business.

I am from Rhode Island, so I know how expensive it is where you are located on the North Shore.  

How can you even stand doing anything but looking out on the MOKs and Flat island and not just stare all day long???

In fact, my dad helped to lay the railroad tie roads when they built Parris Island...and somehow I doubt your real estate success, but if you have managed that, I applaud you.I really don't like having to call people out like this, but you are obviously someone who cannot accept any responsibility for your issues - like when you did not advise Chuck that you had lost the instruction sheet, then complained that we did not get you another one fast enough.
