bought a house in a cuddlesack in 09 the entire neighborhood is emcopassedin a brick wall, front and sides, my wall is both front and sides ,told by the seller wall covered-my badNothing about fence/wall in HOA book bylaws or covenantsI noticed structral damage on wing wall contacted HOA June 2012, they said nothing in book, I joined the board, and they took resposibilty/used HOA money to find out, got survey, lawyer, determined my wing wall was deemed on 50/50 land and that the HOA never deeded that land over via quick title.

I'm not familiar with Washington, but I assume it's similar to VA in many ways so I believe the below will hold true.First up, you won't actually be licensed until you "hang" your license with a broker, apply for the license, and wait for the state to issue it to your brokerage, so I would contact a couple of brokers and interview them to make sure you find a good fit.Secondly, you need to be a member of the local (and national and state) associations of Realtors to gain access to the MLS.

Mary,As far as Zestimate is concerned, I would rather use a Ouija Board to get comp values...more accurate.
