The roll simply gets loaded on the truck in the morning and the shop has all the menu material in stock ready to go.

I have a Truck that i owe $35,000 on and im in the process of trying to sell.

We've gotten all of our mattresses/box springs for free (I know some people think that's gross, but really every mattress you sleep on in an Airbnb/hotel is used - just test it out to make sure it's comfy and check for bed bugs) couches, night stands, kitchen table/chairs...if you have a truck, a lot of people will let you take stuff for free because they  don't want to deal with hauling it away.

The reason why I said get a job because you don’t want to be homeless and your job has to cover your bills.Now your essential bills are covered from a 40 hours a week job such as rent/mortgage, food, gas, insurance, internet and student loans (if you owe any).

(Some guys who can't get business anywhere else troll the investor meetings looking for work, so check out whether the credible investors seem to have respect for the one you're talking to.)In general, contractors are going to fall into the "two men and a truck" version, and the "real business" version.

They threatened to postpone closing but with my buyer being a mom with 4 kids who had already canceled her lease and was packed in a moving truck I was not going to let that happen and showed the seller "this clause survives closing" It was awesome.

At least 4 cats have lived in the house with her at all times, and any number of feral cats come and go at will because she left lots of food out for them. 

I get a chuckle whenever I see these 20 somthings in thier jacked up diesel trucks with about 15k in mods in it...
