I have tried to search on the internet for such a site but I am not having any luck.

When you set up your LLC was that based on internet research or by consulting your attorney?

Assuming if it is a legitimate e-mail, the user who contacted you may have been a Canadian looking to move to your area, as Canadians are by far our biggest user base.I did take your comments into consideration and we are working to make the process simpler for landlords.
