NC also has some large Medical facilities and Schools, so the Winton-Salem area seems ripe for short term rentals around Baptist Hospital and Wake Forest University to name a few.

I am near the Northern Kentucky/ Cincinnati Ohio region and I am having a goose hunt for fingerprinting and FBI background checks, the local police said “we only do it for medical licensing during COVID” the KREC said “you should try to google around and make calls” (I have called 5 different UPS stores and emailed several local authorities so that was kind of a slap in the face to hear but it was after hours messaged so it was respectable) PLEASE anyone HELP.

Except for medical office etc. most states I have seen contractions from businesses reducing footprint space which even with no new builds creates a glut of existing inventory on the market.
