i installed a meter for each side in the crawl space and drill a hole in the ban board to install the remote sensor head so I can read it from outside. 

Never knew homes other than mobile ones could be moved. 

I have a mobile home on land that has the axles removed, tied down, and towing gear removed but not sure if this is enough to sell to a Buyer for and FHA loan...Has anyone had to go through the process of certifying that their mobile home is on a permanent foundation prior to finding a suitable buyer?  

This is a standard, stick-built house, not a mobile home or pre-fab house or trailer or anything else uncommon.

I have had a similar issue and the best solution I could find was installing a water alarm sensor in the basement where the sewer would backup and flood.

Our roof (metal) has been patched many times over the years on our old 1971 mobile home.

I am looking at buying some mobile home parks and turning the park into a modular home community.

I am looking to purchase a small mobile home park.It is in Illinois, and the owner has it in a land trust.The current owner is encouraging me to just take over the trust, instead of transferring the property into my LLC.This alone makes me suspicious. 

There is an opportunity to obtain a mobile home park but not sure it is a good deal.
