The main street looks good but the houses are not up to standard with the area.

They did everything from paper routes, lemonade stands (for the crews resurfacing our street - grew from simply drinks to full meals with hot dogs and chips!)

If I go to Google Maps and look at the street view, I see a handwritten sign on the house in large red letters that appears to be some kind of warning.

A bank pays me $50 to do an external BPO and $100 to do an internal BPO (Internal meaning I enter the property, External I just view it from street).I gladly pull comps for free for someone I have an existing relationship with, but why would I do that for a total stranger that is not going to do any sort of business with me?

I used to work across the street and there are probably a 100 trucks with trailers (all contractors im assuming) that come there to get nice cabinets.

You can see the granite from many of the neighborhood streets.

Off street parking is a nice selling point for this property and currently we have 2 and the potential for a 3rd.

There are two driveways on each street.  

Neighborhoods can differ street by street and we feel the only way to garner the intimate knowledge of those neighborhoods is to be there, boots on the ground.
