Without digging into the analytics and running actual split tests it's almost impossible to see if that site is performing at a high level.

For us personally it would almost be impossible.

Late response but for people looking for current response:  My son's landlord used Cozy after trying to use another rent collection company that was IMPOSSIBLE to navigate. 

I have been working to get info on a potential deal that finally came today(this property sure shed some light on why some properties sit for so long... trying to get info from listing agent was impossible, whether it was her or the owner at fault not sure).  

These can cause headaches and make life difficult, again not impossible, but just another hurdle.Even bumping up to like 110-150k get's you way better properties and tenants.

They were impossible to get a hold of , i never even talked to them once on the phone , let alone met them in person, also never performed the appraisal even though i paid for it .
