I'm starting to look at a vacation rental to purchase in the east coast of Florida beach front area starting at Las Olas down all the way to Miami Beach.  

My names Napoleon Titschinger and i’m a 17 year old aspiring agent in the north east Ohio area.

In addition to watching the market (day & night:) I have a degree in economics: all major economic indicators point to increase; not to mention many relocations (including businesses from CA, & North East.

They do this a bunch of different ways - by discouraging development of middle class homes and low end homes (only high end homes make sense for builders to build), opposing increased density, opposing building in a lot of areas (due to pressure from environmentalists and NIMBYs), and letting deadbeat renters get away with squatting on and even vandalizing a property.

Good example is although Roseland has a notorious reputation, it's also home to a large amount of middle-class, college educated black people who take pride in ownership - and these areas have low crime rates.  

Hi,I just purchased a home in the east bay for a flip.  

I try to be about 50 under mkt to attract more renters quicker with better selection and feel that is a good middle ground.      

I would probably have a conversation with the contractor (they seem to be a lot more responsive when money is owed to them) and just ask him about all the things that went wrong, the lost rent from the delay, etc. and try to get him to come down on his price and meet somewhere in the middle.

I almost bought a property yesterday for 9k in the deep East i guess not the best neighborhood lol... but luckily I have a contractor out there who said not to...searching on the west now.
