During COVID property around me rocketed, but I didn’t have the flexibility then.

Competed foreclosures, the final phase, were up 32% year over year.Florida, South Carolina and Illinois led the nation in state foreclosure filings.I would say that Auctions won't increase much, but pre-foreclosures will sky rocket.
