this was a very common e mail about 15 to 20 years ago have not seen one in sometime looks like they are back to fishing Actually you go fishing....scammers go phishing.

Sad actually, I wouldn't leave a gold fish there for more than 24 hours let alone a parent or loved one.

We know we are a 'small fish' since we only have 1 property with them, but our experience with PMCs and long term rentals in general have been horrible.

They can teach you how to fish, possibly buy your fish, but they won't fish for you.If you are very interested in this niche of real estate, you would be a fool not to at least buy the VestRight course.
