You have to be ready for setbacks (and a lot of them) along the way: be it lost shipments, faulty products or unexpected costs. 

SELL THE ACTUAL PRODUCT.And somehow, those people get paid more than the person who actually makes the product.

There is no logical reason on products.

It was refreshing to work with someone who understands investors and has a variety of loan products available for more complicated financing. 

Loan product wasn’t a fit for my mix use project because they don’t lend on the commercial component which impacted leverage too much.

SmartDeeds has been on product that has me extremely excited and interested in where the market will go in the future.   

It is not productive and will ultimately hurt the consumer.
