Starting January 2, I am going to extend the cabin and add a 15X30 master suite and bath, with Andersen wood casement windows overlooking the creek. 

Also the amount of wood the first guy is allowing for.

It is a studio style tiny home on 5 acres, designed as a high-end couples retreat in the woods.

No leaks were found but apparently according to him the wrong wood was used. 

Of course, confirm it is up to code as a fire pit (or inground wood burning BBQ, if need be called that) and your insurance company is OK with it.I would remove the plants near the house to reduce potential combustibles.

@Craig Cann I had not dealt with soaked carpet pads or wood subfloor but in a generic basis ozone treatment worked for us however I have heard others use enzymatic cleaners such as Nature’s Miracle or Rocco & Roxie are the best in getting them out completely. 

I am exploring homes from the builder Red Cedar Homes who has a few communities in this zip code (example - 2019 Sadler woods lane) and is just 10 minutes from the airport but not in the heart of the city.

You are in the heart of tourism and travel in that neck of the woods so there’s tons of competition.

Either way, @Josh Green is in your neck of the woods and will be a critical component to having on your team.
