In the Midwest, most property owners I know set authorization limits between $250–$500 for routine maintenance, meaning the PM can approve anything under that without reaching out.

Since you’re looking at a small multifamily with an FHA house hack, I’d also suggest "The House Hacking Strategy" by Craig Curelop (not BP-branded even though the author is a BP alum).Keep learning, run lots of deal analyses, and start building lender and agent relationships early so you’re ready when you graduate.
