I’m looking for a brokerage where I can put my language skills and international cultural experience to work helping both homebuyers and investors.A bit about me: I hold a Master’s in International Business and a Bachelor’s in IT.

Retirement is adequately funded (I contribute 17%, wife has pension).I had about $225k in brokerage, but sold it down to its current $60k to fund an addition on my house, which recently completed. 

Why not just be your own brokerage?

Everyones tired of empty promises from every single brokerage.

Assuming you were an agent prior to opening your first brokerage

As a New MLO, I would focus on a team/brokerage that has a good training program and a lot of different loan programs. 

We would like to transfer the $875k into a taxable brokerage account by dollar cost averaging over 10-12 months.

It really depends what you want out of the brokerage.
