I've heard they're great and have no reason to doubt the advice of others here who use them.If you know nothing about web design, SEO, etc. then you're almost certainly better off going with an established vendor like IC than making a terrible site on your own.But, want to clarify: calling something a "Wordpress site" is a bit confusing.

Also, how much time do you spend on design?

My wife is good at interior design and if I didn't have her in my life,  I might hire an expert for that.

I have been working for a RE company for the last 4 years and I believe this would be a good place to sound board some ideas and get some great feedback from folks in the space outside of my own little "bubble".

Especially about your photos, your listing title, and upping your design.

And so have prices for food, cars and what you pay for a haircut.There is a distinct difference between high asset prices driven by supply and demand and a bubble that has been fueled by oversupply, amplified by subprime mortgages and popped when the teaser rates expired.

So an investor couldn't really lose in this time period, but that bubble of time was an enigma.  

I mostly agree on design, there are ways to have a timeless design.
