Denver is a great market and there are also several great PM companies here, just sayin!

There are a lot of things that need to address for a PM company between compliance with the state, local rent control in a lot of your area you'll be covering, a lot of competition that is in your area, marketing/ads, and so much more. 

One of the things that sucks in real estate in general is the crappy companies usually charge the same as the good companies.

I have not hired a property management company and probably won't until I have enough units and solid process to hire a w2 manager that reports to my company.

To find a good title company ask some seasoned and successful investors...not the sloppy investors who are cool with the sloppy title companies.  

The numbers probably look good initially, but I expect over time the expenses get tough and the ROI decreases.Never heard of them, don't know anything about them, but it is a model other turnkey companies have used as well.
