If you have the $ to put down you should be able to get a loan as long as all of your DTI and credit score stuff is good.

If they're not filling it out, it could be because they're not serious or feel they're not qualified.One thing that is in your control is making it as easy and simple as possible for prospective tenants to apply.

If you used it personally and someone is lying to the city saying you rented it and you are facing a fine you should be able to sue them.
