I have a few gold fans in my family and their argument has always been that gold is better than a savings account.

Planning on investing in a blend of ETFs, some gold/ silver ETFs, etc.

Orbi was more costly than the Google mesh, but I believe it supports higher top speedThe Google mesh was in a quad and covered about 5000’ of living space across 4 units with only 2 units attached,The ORBI is in my personal home and the only issue I have had is attaching archaic devices that desire 2.4 GHz,   We pay extra for real fast internet from the provider but even so the provider is the limiter.  

Usually there is one unit that is causing the problem. 

out of curiosity, what was the reasoning behind the 1-5 unit range? 

I have heard airdna.co is the gold standard for this...but it often doesn't match what I'm seeing when I comp shop properties in the area on airbnb.
