The forum implementation/functionality is poor.  

Although it doesn't seem like it will make much difference in the actual implementation.

Another strategy is to implement a detailed project timeline to ensure efficient use of labor, thereby minimizing delays and unexpected expenses.

Could be anything —• A screening question you added• A maintenance workflow that saved you headaches• A tool/software feature you discovered• Something you implemented with tenants that reduced calls• Or even just something simple that improved your sanity 😅I’ll start: For me, adding a required “hold fee” for out-of-state applicants dramatically cut down on last-minute drop-offs.

If a program costs $10k and you have $10k, well then you have no money to implement what you learned, so it does not matter how good a program is at that point.

Also, as a preventive measure in our property managment business, we started to implement checks in place to avoid this from happening in the future such as no undisclosed pets allowed, tenant is responsible for all pet related damage including odor remediation costs are billable in the lease, we charge pet fees as well and periodic inspections.

@Christopher Tinelli there is no "magic" source.You'll want to implement plans for 3-5 target sources and keep with them for at least 3 months.
