This problem has been building for a while now and appears to be coming to a head, not just with Blacktip, but with other Cape Coral area builders as well.

You don't really have the resources (yet) to do a deal like this, so do another deal just like the one you already have- another triplex in an afforable area.

So in a few weeks I will have current costs from a highly reputable builder in the area.

Minnesota is a high Rec area.
