When I try to pull a list of vacant land absentee owner leads from listsource I get a return of "0" hits whenever I enter any equity percentage or equity dollar amount as a criteria when also entering vacant land as the property type criteria. this happens in multiple states and does not happen with SFR as the property type criteria.
