BUT I'm dealing with an agent who is showing me properties and I am not able to ask the owner these questions or ask him for the "lowest dollar amount"and then offer a lower amount with concessions that he would like (such as all cash or closing really fast...).How to get info from a seller and negotiate when working through an agent?
