@Guillaume Vidallet any thoughts on deleveraging and or paying these higher interest rate debt off quicker?

With high interest rates making traditional financing tougher for investors, are you seeing more of your deals funded through private money or alternative lending sources in today’s market?

Most investors are sitting on the sidelines right now because of high interest rates.

The fact the market is high here, low there, interest rates, availability, etc.

you absolutely should be advertising in multiple places, just plug in whoever you pick to the system you want after the fact.  

Also, one thing I’ve seen firsthand is that good bookkeeping and clean documentation make all the difference once you start juggling multiple businesses and properties. 

If I need more money for a major capital expense than the funds coming available can provide I can withdraw funds from the other certificates and lose 3 months of interest - which is still better than what I would be getting in an interest bearing MMA.
