I recommended the owner engage legal counsel and consider a BK filing.Well, turns out the owner had been dumping used motor oil and transmission fluid in the rear of the property to “save” the cost of proper disposition.

Depending on the level of cat pee, you can have to hit the house, removing the drywall, insulation and subfloor to remove the baked in odors, then ozone and oil based kilz.
