2.5 years ago a major storm came through the Spring, TX area and knocked a small limb off a neighbors dead tree (see image below) and it feel through the roof.

We had houses caught in the Texas storms/flooding/hail and would have loved a line to put roofs back on houses.  

Like setbacks, storm sewers or ponds, sidewalk requirements, etc.  

USD dollar strengthTo me we are in the middle of a storm.  

If the tree falls onto our rental house during a storm.
